Communication

In the digital age, it is essential for a brand to have an online presence, especially on social networks. Mastering your brand image is crucial to promote and engage your audience.

To help your brand maintain a consistent and engaging presence on social platforms, I suggest creating custom templates. These templates, adapted to your visual identity, will save you precious time and can be reused endlessly for your publications and stories. You will then be free to use them as you wish on the software you use on a daily basis to manage your communication: Canva or Illustrator, according to your preferences.

In short, it is a turnkey solution to harmonize the overall image of your brand with each communication.

FAQS

Process, process, process.

Transparency and a good process are extremely important to build our partnership. Below, I've broken down my client and design process in a nutshell so that you have a clear vision of what will happen when we collaborate.

Customer process:

1. Launch call

Before signing anything and paying down payments, we make a quick 30-minute call to define the entire project, deliverables, deadlines, budgets, etc. In general, everything is agreed verbally during this call.

2. Signature & onboarding

I will send you a project proposal detailing the deliverables and the quote we agreed to during our call. Once you have approved it, we will proceed with your integration. You will have access to your customer area, where you will find all the information you need throughout our collaboration. Including a calendar of our next appointments. This space also includes the contract as well as the 50% deposit invoices. We will only be able to move forward when these documents have been signed, paid for and completed.

3. It's design time!

After receiving the signed contract, the 50% deposit and the completed brief with the moodboard, I am ready to start my creative process. I will follow each step (detailed in the next question) to arrive at a main artistic direction that I think will best meet the brief.

4. Presentation

It has probably been two to three weeks since I received everything I needed from you and I am ready to present my work. In this presentation, I will guide you through each step of my design process by explaining the rationality behind each decision to finally arrive at a final design concept. I will also send you the presentation so you can refer to it when you gather your feedback.

5. Feedback

It's really important to let all of the information I've presented to you settle for a day or two at least before providing consolidated feedback. Depending on the level of changes required (if any), we will proceed with a review phase (two maximum per project), or we will move on to your offboarding, if the concept presented suits you perfectly.

6. Validation!

Once you have approved the design, I will send you the final invoice. After receiving payment, I will provide you with all files and exports in a very well-organized folder system so that you can use them immediately. In addition, I like to hear from my customers a few months after the end of our project to find out how you are doing. So, watch your inbox!
